Biography

I work in systems. Law is the instrument I use to make them hold.

I have been in the market since I was fifteen, working in business operations and strategy long before I had formal language for it. I learned how value moves, how transactions are won, and how a commitment becomes binding by watching how companies actually move during law school, where theory met the structure of real transactions.

I entered law school deliberately, for fiscal and commercial infrastructure. I wanted the framework that governs how capital, contracts, and authority are structured at scale, so that the systems I build sit on ground that holds under pressure. Business backed by law, by design.

I am drawn to cross-border trade, capital, and technology because they sit at the edge of where frameworks are still being built. I have direct capital fluency: I read flows, instruments, and structures the way a system designer reads architecture, and I work where the gap between a well-structured position and a weak one carries the highest commercial consequence.

My practice is self-regulated by design. I like stress-testing, analytically and strategically, pushing a structure until it either fails on paper or proves it can carry weight in the world. I prioritise rigour over surface, and long-term defensibility over short-term convenience.

Why Work With Me

A single engagement.

Legal precision, commercial awareness, financial operations experience,
and data analytical capability, in a single engagement.

I identify the pattern, and structure the output. If the work needs to be defensible, actionable, and built to last, that is what I deliver.
